From Humble Beginnings

Balaji Builds was founded by Supreeth Krishnamurthy — a civil engineer who also works as a software developer — in Gurmatkal, Yadgir District, North Karnataka. Years of working in the field made one problem obvious: good engineers, contractors, property owners and material dealers had no reliable way to find each other, and everyone in between took a cut.

So we built the platform instead. Balaji Builds is where construction professionals find projects near them, clients find listed professionals, property owners list and sell without brokerage, and building-material sellers reach buyers directly — free, with zero commission on either side.

We do take on work ourselves — but only the part that can be delivered online. Floor plans, elevations, structural design, building estimates, BOQ, mutation drawings and 3D renders are prepared by our own engineers and sent to you digitally, anywhere in India. That is a paid service, quoted per project.

What we do not do is execute construction. We are not a contractor and we do not run sites. For anything needing a person at your plot — supervision, soil testing, inspections, the building work itself — we connect you with a listed engineer near you, free and with no commission, and you engage them directly.
