What a project in Balaji Workspace includes

Balaji Workspace is our construction project-management software. A project is a single construction site that you run inside the application. Whether it is one of your 3 free projects or a paid one, each project gives you:

• Daily site logs, tasks and milestones
• Material records, indents and purchase orders
• Labour attendance, wage calculation and payouts
• Expense tracking, petty cash and client payment records
• Supplier and contractor accounts with running balances
• Quality checklists, issue tracking and drawing storage
• Site photographs and project documents
• Shareable client reports and CSV export of your data
• Team members with owner, editor and viewer access levels

Payment, taxes and billing

• Who pays — the fee is paid by the registered professional using our software, directly to Balaji Constructions. It is a licence fee for access to a feature of our own application.
• Amount — ₹99 (Indian Rupees ninety-nine) per additional project, charged once. There is no recurring billing, no auto-debit and no stored card mandate.
• Taxes — the price shown is the total amount payable. Any applicable taxes are included.
• Methods — UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm and others), debit and credit cards, and net banking, processed through our payment gateway partner. We never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
• Confirmation — the project slot is added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. A record of every payment is kept against your account.
• Currency — all pricing is in INR and we currently serve customers in India only.

What we never charge for

We want to be completely clear about this, because it is the core of how Balaji Builds works:

• We take no commission on any construction project, property sale or material order arranged between users of this platform.
• We charge no brokerage, finder's fee or success fee.
• We do not collect, hold or route payments between clients and professionals. Any money that changes hands between two users is settled directly between them, outside this platform.
• We do not charge professionals to appear in our directory or to receive enquiries.

Changes to pricing

We may change our prices in future. If we do, the change will apply only to purchases made after the new price is published on this page — a project you have already paid for is never re-charged, and free projects already created remain free.
