Who can apply for building permission in Yadgir?

The plot owner applies, but the building plan drawings must be prepared and submitted through ULMS (Unified Land Management System) by an architect or engineer registered as a Professional on Record (PoR) with Yadagiri City Municipal Council. Our engineer's registration with this council has been applied for and is awaiting approval.

What documents do I need?

How much does building permission cost in Yadgir?
