  4. Track the parcel on your order page, pay the balance there and download the PDF copy.

Frequently asked questions

How is the floor plan price calculated?

₹3 per sq ft for the ground floor and ₹2 per sq ft for each upper floor, on the built-up area. For example, a G+1 house of 1,200 sq ft per floor costs 1,200 × ₹3 + 1,200 × ₹2 = ₹6,000.

How much does a 3D front elevation cost?

₹7,999 for a ground-floor house, ₹9,999 for G+1, ₹11,999 for G+2, and ₹2,000 more for each additional floor.

How do I pay?

Pay 50% online when you book, by UPI, card or netbanking. When the drawings are ready we courier the printed set to you (courier included) and show the courier name, tracking number and a photo of the courier receipt on your order page. You pay the remaining 50% there.

Do I get a PDF copy?

Yes. The PDF copy unlocks on your order page once the full amount is paid.

What happens after I book?

Our engineer calls you to take your requirements: plot size and facing, rooms, vastu preferences and budget. We confirm the delivery date on that call and go through the drawings with you before we print and courier them.

Can I cancel?

Yes. If you cancel before we start drawing, the advance is refunded in full. After that, we refund the part of the work not yet done, as set out in section 4a of our refund policy.

Do you make building permission drawings?
