What is a plan for mutation?

When a house or plot passes to a new owner (by sale, gift, partition or inheritance), the municipal or revenue office updates its record, called mutation or khata transfer. Most offices ask for a plan of the property showing the plot, the existing building, its dimensions and the neighbouring properties.

How much does it cost?

₹1,999 for a ground-floor-only house, and ₹500 more for each upper floor (G+1 ₹2,499, G+2 ₹2,999). The price is the same for mutation, sale deed and gift deed plans. Courier is included.

What do I need to give you?

The owner's name as on the documents, the property number and address, the plot size, the building's room sizes, and who or what lies on each side (neighbours, road or lane). After ordering, send us photos or a rough hand sketch with measurements on WhatsApp.

Can you follow my office's format?

Yes. Tell us which office it is for, or send a sample plan from that office, and we prepare it in that format.

How do I receive it?

We courier 2 printed copies on tracing paper. When it is sent, your order page shows the courier name, tracking number and a photo of the courier receipt. A PDF copy unlocks there once the full amount is paid.

How do I pay?

Pay 50% online when you order, by UPI, card or netbanking. Pay the remaining 50% on your order page once we courier the plan.
